IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the coronavirus and lockdown, most of the regular Blood Donation Events are suspended. Despite suspending the regular events, we still need blood as hospital treatments continue running and accidents happening.

If you want to donate blood, contact Nepal Red Cross Society Chapters to ask how it can be done.

In Nepal, we need hundreds of blood donations every day. Blood products are used in the treatment of surgical patients, accident victims, cancer patients, and premature babies, just to mention something.

By donating blood you can save someone’s life! Donate today!

With voluntary blood donations, we can keep the blood stocks high enough to help those in need.

Join one of the fixed blood donation camps mention below, or the pop-up donation centres found from different events. If your company, organization or group of friends wants to donate, please see the instructions on the bottom of the page.

Donation event for an organization or company

We are visiting daily in companies and organizations to collect blood. It is a great activity for team building and recreational days, and social responsibility events.

Arrange a regular or one-time blood donation at your company or organization by contacting Mr. Ram Bahadur Shrestha via email, ram.shrestha@nrcs.org, or phone, 9841398605.

The earlier we set the date, the easier we can plan the efficient blood supply management. But if needed, we can deploy our blood collection team with even short notice! Never think it is too late or too early – today is just the perfect time to start planning the blood donation event in your community or company!
