The function of the General Support and Coordination Department is to support the senior governance and management, district chapters and sub-chapters, other departments and NRCS personnel in different fields.

- Secretariat Role – Senior Governance and Management
- Personnel record-keeping
- Personnel recruitment/appointment/transfer
- Collection and record-keeping of Performance appraisal of personnel
- Fleet Management
- Technical support to District Chapter and Subchapter to formulate administrative guideline
- Insurance
